Jin was a delight! I was travelling on my own after being in Shanghai for business for the first time. It was reassuring, given the language barrier, to have someone who could navigate the city easily. She made it both fun and informative. Jin was also very flexible as I changed the itinerary part way through our 4-hour walking tour. She also kindly escorted me to the subway after our time was finished, making sure I got on the right train. I would be very happy to have her as my tour guide again.

Jin was very helpful working as our interpreter. We spent a week traveling to five different cities in China visiting our suppliers. Our trip would not have been nearly as successful without her. She helped us book trains and hotels in each city and was extremely easy to work with. She helped us communicate effectively with our suppliers to accomplish the goals that we had set. Jin served as my translator for nearly two weeks while I visited with garment and accessory manufacturers in multiple provinces. She did a very good job as a translator during my meetings and also handled the bulk of my scheduling and logistics (arranging for rides, hotels, and flights). Her price was much lower than other “business translators” and the services that she provided were outstanding. I will be using her again and I will be recommending her to others.

XuJin is an honest and sincere person who works hard to help you find whatever you are looking for in Shanghai. She helped us scan the market situation for our business, worked as guide, translator and assistant in doing business at a 2 day venue at a textile producer in Nantong. Also she helped us with financial procedures at several banks. Communicating with her works excellent. Both before through e-mail and WeChat as in Shanghai. Very precise in follow up on her tasks and pro-active work attitude. Apart from that, she is a friendly and kind person, very open and funny. We hope to see XuJin again in future travels.

I hired Xu Jin to support me during a trip to Shanghai for a major food trade show.  As a frequent visitor to the city I did not need basic support, but more for administration assistance in receiving samples sent to China and also a competent interpreter for the fair. Although Jin had not previously worked in the food industry she quickly learnt how to handle all of the questions and enquiries and also important how to get rid of the time wasters who are not suitable partners for us. She has an excellent fun, but mature temperament and is a hard worker and eager to do a good job for our business and eager to improve her skills and knowledge. Therfore we will use Jin in the future for support in Shanghai.  Hence, I recommend her services to businesses who need a translator and administrative support.

Jin gave me a tour of Guangzhou and she was undeniably amazing. Her English is very good, and she gave me the most comprehensive response of all the English assistants I contacted. We visited Zhongyin Building, Canton Tower, and the Shang Xia Pedestrian street. She also gave local perspective on the food, business, and culture of Guangzhou. Jin knew the most expedient travel methods and was harmonious in trade negotiations. We were able to get a lot done in only a ten hour period. Therfore I will definitely utilise her services in the future.

Jin was amazing and without doubt I highly recommend her. My wife and I hired Jin as our tour guide during our first trip to Asia. We did not speak the local language and booked our tour with Jin through American Express Platinum Concierge services. Jin was on time to pick us up, successfully got us to each destination and added both helpful commentary that provided historical context and a local’s perspective.
